Perry development team has experience managing all aspects of commercial development projects including office, lab, industrial and retail, ranging from 5,000 square feet to over 400,000 square feet. This 21,000 square foot first class office building houses

of Rockland Trust Company.

One Technology Place, Rockland/Hingham, MA
Perry developed this first class office and lab project as the North American Headquarters of EMD-Serono, Inc., one of the world’s largest biotechnology firms. The building contains 202,000 square feet of space. In 2005, it was honored by BOMA Boston as the “Office Building of the Year”. |

Perry obtained approval for 400,000 square feet of space and managed the development of a 327,000 square foot building and five level parking garage for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. The project was awarded a LEED-Silver certification. |

125 Summer Street, Boston, MA
This 23 story, 463,000 square foot first class office building
was developed by a joint venture of A. W. Perry, Inc. and Jaymont Properties. It demonstrates Perry’s sensitivity to history, as the company preserved the facades of existing buildings and incorporated architectural features of Boston’s older buildings into this property, which was developed on the site of our company’s founding offices. It was honored by BOMA Boston with the “Office Building of the Year” award.
