Professional Experience:

In March 2017, Robert was appointed Vice President of Acquisitions. In this role Robert is responsible for sourcing and underwriting potential acquisitions and identifying capital partners and lenders for those projects. In addition he is responsible for the project management for certain developments.

Robert has spent more than 30 years as a real estate investment and development professional, most of which has been in the Greater Boston market. Robert was Executive Vice President and Principal of Essex River Ventures where he sourced acquisitions and secured investment partners and lenders for over 1.5 million square feet of real estate projects. Prior to that, Robert was Vice President of Acquisitions and Project Management at Berkeley Investments where he was integral in the acquisition of over $200 million of real estate and debt and the management of a 1.2 million square foot redevelopment project. Robert worked in institutional real estate investment with Copley Real Estate Advisors managing office, mixed-use, industrial, hotels, multifamily and single family residential development projects in Southern California.

Robert started his career in Boston real estate working as a project manager for Jaymont Properties where he managed 700,000 square feet of ground up Downtown office development, including 125 Summer Street, a joint venture with A. W. Perry.
