Developed and owned by A.W. Perry, One Technology Place, a 202,000 s.f. first class office and research complex, is leased to EMD-Serono, Inc., one of the world’s largest biotechnology firms. It is occupied by approximately 450 EMD-Serono employees. The building consists of two three-story wings, one, an office and the other a laboratory, connected by a two-story link which features a full service dining and meeting area. In 2005, this property was honored by BOMA Boston as “Office Building of the Year”.

This A.W. Perry development is a 327,000 s.f. facility completed in August, 2007 for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA. The building was certified LEED-Silver, under the United States Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
Home to approximately 1,200 BCBS of MA associates, it includes a state-of-the-art data center, on-site food service, day care facility, and a five-level parking garage.
A.W. Perry managed all aspects of development, from permitting and design through financing, construction, off-site mitigation and start-up. Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA has now purchased the building.
