Originally constructed in 1873, the Summer
Exchange Building features one of the few remaining cast iron facades in the city. This historic
property was completely renovated in 1998 to meet today's first class office needs.
Accessed through the lobby of 101 Arch Street, the building includes
four floors of office space served by an elegant lobby with two mahogany
and bronze elevators.
Typical office floors are 6,500 s.f. High quality building standard
includes full height mahogany doors with bronze hardware. Maximum flexibility
in heating and cooling is provided by a water source heat pump system.
Electricity is separately metered to each floor.
