Steve Leggett - Operations Manager
Steve first joined A.W. Perry in 1989 when he was hired to oversee construction for 125 Summer Street and worked as Chief Engineer there until the property was sold in 1995. Steve then joined Boston Edison as an Operations Manager for a proposed central ice storage project. He returned to A.W. Perry in 1999 where he was Project Manager for A.W. Perry’s One Technology Place and 25 Technology Place in South Shore Technology Park. Steve is currently Operations Manager for Perry’s Portfolio, overseeing maintenance and construction. Steve is a graduate of the Peterson School and is a licensed Steam Engineer and Refrigeration Technician. His practical experience has been complemented with extensive course work at Northeastern University in Construction, HVAC Design, & Facilities Management.
