Richard P. Beal, a resident of Hingham, Mass., has recently been named Vice President at A.W. Perry, a commercial and residential real estate and development company.
Operating out of A.W. Perry’s Hingham and Boston offices, Beal will oversee daily operations of the company’s residential properties on the South Shore as well as one of their larger commercial properties in Boston .
“My most immediate goal is to ensure A.W. Perry maintains a competitive edge within the real estate and development market. One of my challenges is to continue to keep A.W. Perry in the forefront while moving inventory in what may be called a ‘cooling’ market,” noted Beal.
A member of the Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) Board of Directors, Beal also serves as the association’s Chairman for their Government Affairs committee. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and a Master’s degree from UMass Amherst. Previous to A.W. Perry, Beal spent 20 years in college athletics, coaching football and lacrosse.
