New Horizons Plans Summer '07 Move
to the Summer Exchange Building in Boston

-

New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, the largest independent IT training company worldwide, has recently signed a lease for the 3rd floor (6,531 s.f.) in A.W. Perry’s Summer Exchange Building in Boston.  James Brady of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction on behalf of A.W. Perry, Inc. and Arlon Brown of Parsons Commercial Group and Chris McMahon of Thompson, Doyle, Hennessey and Stevens represented New Horizons in the transaction.

According to Kent North of New Horizons Learning Centers, “A.W. Perry offered us an excellent space for our needs.  The building is well maintained, in a convenient location close to the T and surrounded by local amenities. And, the price was right.”

New Horizons will be relocating from their current location of 99 Summer Street in July. Offering solutions for small, medium and large organizations, New Horizons Learning Centers provides comprehensive IT training and certification at their Boston location as well as Waltham and Westborough, Mass offices.  Visit New Horizons Learning Centers website at www.nhboston.com.

The Summer Exchange Building is a historic property, constructed in 1873 and completely renovated for modern offices in 1998.  Accessed through the lobby of 101 Arch Street, the building includes four floors of office space served by an elegant lobby.
