A. W. Perry, Inc. held its Board of Directors meeting at Scarlet Oak Tavern in Hingham, MA.
 Located at the former site of the Whiton House 1217 Main Street in Hingham, MA, Scarlet Oak offers fine dining in the newly renovated dining room and tavern. It is perfect for special or ordinary occasions and it has quickly become one of the South Shore's most popular spots for lunch and dinner.
Prior to the meeting and lunch at Scarlet Oak, the Board of Directors and officers toured A.W. Perry's newest development, the Blue Cross Blue Shield building at 25 Technology Place in Hingham which was completed in August 2007. This 327,000 s.f. facility was designed by Margulies & Associates to be certified LEED-Silver, under the United States Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards. Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA purchased the building and it is occupied by 1200 BCBS associates.
