On Nov. 29, 2007, The Building Owners and Managers Association of Boston honored S. Maxwell "Sandy" Beal, A.W. Perry Chairman Emeritus, with their 2007 INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP Award at their annual banquet held at Boston's Seaport Hotel. The presentation was the highlight of an evening in which the city's real estate industry saluted its best with their coveted "Office Building of the Year" awards.

Event attendees included Mr. Beal's family, as well as friends and associates from his outstanding career spanning four decades.
